Department: Pharmacy. Places are limited and admission is subject to departmental selection. Candidates are selected on merit during the year preceding first year of study. Selection follows a process approved by the Faculty Management Committee. Closing date for all BPharm applications is 30 June. After the BPharm degree, students must complete a one-year internship and one-year compulsory community service to register as pharmacists with the South African Pharmacy Council. AS variants: Mathematics: 410 with 60%+.
