  • South African citizen
  • Lives in the Hantam District, including Loeriesfontein, Nieuwoudtville, Calvinia, Brandvlei or surrounding areas
  • Present tertiary student or commencing studies in January 2027
  • Studying at a South African public tertiary institution
  • Combined gross family income not exceeding R600 000 per year
