South African citizen
Lives in the Hantam District, including Loeriesfontein, Nieuwoudtville, Calvinia, Brandvlei or surrounding areas
Present tertiary student or commencing studies in January 2027
Studying at a South African public tertiary institution
Combined gross family income not exceeding R600 000 per year
