Eligibility

  • South African citizen
  • Lives in the Laingsburg, Matjiesfontein or Sutherland areas
  • Present tertiary student or commencing studies in 2027
  • Academic excellence based on Grade 12 or tertiary academic record
  • Combined gross family income not exceeding R600 000 per year
  • Financial need is considered when candidates are academically similar

Grade 11 marks Academic

Grade 11 final marks may support current Matric applications.

Family IDs

Certified ID copies for parents, legal guardian, or spouse, if financial need applies.

Proof of income

Payslips, employment letters, or retrenchment letters for parents or guardians. Not needed for SASSA grant recipients.

Special case documents

Disability Annexure A or Vulnerable Child Declaration, if applicable.
