Awarded per semester based on academic merit and may continue until completion depending on performance and funds.

Eligibility

  • South African citizen
  • Completed Matric
  • Studying towards a Civil Engineering degree or National Diploma
  • Passed and completed all previous subjects
  • Degree students must have passed first semester and be entering 2nd, 3rd or 4th year
  • National Diploma students must have passed S1 and be entering S2, S3 or S4
  • Studying at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa
  • Proven financial need and strong academic record

Latest Grade 12 marks are accepted when Matric is not complete.

Grade 11 marks Academic

Grade 11 final marks may support current Matric applications.

Family IDs

Certified ID copies for parents, legal guardian, or spouse, if financial need applies.

Proof of income

Payslips, employment letters, or retrenchment letters for parents or guardians. Not needed for SASSA grant recipients.

Special case documents

Disability Annexure A or Vulnerable Child Declaration, if applicable.
