Eligibility

  • South African citizen
  • Current Matric applicants must be 18 to 25, unemployed and from a disadvantaged background
  • Current Matric applicants need level 6 for English, Pure Mathematics and Physical Science
  • Current university students must be from a disadvantaged background and have completed Matric
  • Current university students need at least 65% overall average for the academic year
  • Studying or intending to study full-time in a listed qualification
  • Accepted or studying at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa
  • Not receiving any other funding, including bursary or NSFAS
