Funding details

Fields covered
Selected undergraduate Chartered Accountancy qualifications, including BCom Accounting, Bachelor of Accounting, Accounting Sciences, BAcc Science, BCom CA and related PGDA or PGCA routes at listed SAICA-accredited universities.
Coverage value
Tuition, books, meals, residence fees and accommodation. Existing loans or debts are not covered.
Renewal
Awarded annually and renewed at the discretion of the fund.

Eligibility

  • South African citizen
  • Black African or Coloured student
  • From a disadvantaged background
  • Currently in Matric or completed Matric within the last two years
  • Minimum 60% or level 5 for Mathematics in Grade 11, not Mathematical Literacy or Technical Mathematics
  • Studying or intending to study one of the listed qualifications in 2027
  • Applied or in the process of applying to a SAICA-accredited university
  • Combined family income not more than R350 000 per year
  • Written or will write the National Benchmark Tests before the closing date

Academic requirements

Mathematics 60%

Grade 11 Mathematics requirement; Mathematical Literacy and Technical Mathematics are not accepted.
