Fields covered: Any field of study, including NQF level 6 technical and vocational programmes, National Diplomas and degree programmes.
Coverage value: Registration fees, tuition fees, examination fees, study materials, accommodation and meals. Value is determined individually.

South African citizen
Resides within 50km of the Jeffreys Bay Wind Farm in the surrounding community
Currently in Matric or has completed Matric
Studying or intending to study towards an eligible qualification in any field
Accepted at a recognised public or private tertiary education or training institution in South Africa
Demonstrates financial need

Latest Grade 12 marks are accepted when Matric is not complete.

Grade 11 marks Academic

Grade 11 final marks may support current Matric applications.

Family IDs

Certified ID copies for parents, legal guardian, or spouse, if financial need applies.

Proof of income

Payslips, employment letters, or retrenchment letters for parents or guardians. Not needed for SASSA grant recipients.
