Renewal
Funding duration depends on the degree and year of study, from one year for final-year students to the full undergraduate degree period for first-year students.

Eligibility

  • South African citizen or permanent resident
  • Currently in Matric or has completed Matric
  • Studying or intending to study one of the listed undergraduate qualifications
  • Engineering applicants need 70% for Mathematics in Matric or 65% overall at undergraduate level
  • Science applicants need 70% for Mathematics and Physical Sciences in Matric or 65% overall at undergraduate level
  • Studying or intending to study at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa
